  Thank you .......  Dustin Navea   you have solved my problem setting the config 
  file below i can access starcraft although it runs very slow.. but that might 
  be because i still have that trace thing on .. anyway Thank you

+ more than likely it is because of the trace, turn that off and it should run at 
+ normal speeds, i havent had a problem since turning off dga, let me know how
