While trying to install programs using InstallShield, the setup fails with one
of two errors, alternating between them each time the setup is run. The first
error appears immediately after setup is run, displaying this error dialog box:

The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. (0x80004002)

The second error waits until the InstallShield Wizard loading bar has reached
full, and then displays this error dialog box:

An error occurred while parsing command line arguments or reading Setup.ini.
(0x80030070)

These will happen on alternating occasions each time the setup is run, for an
indeterminate period of time, until the user either gets sick of it or the
setup program loads up once and spontaneously works.

I'll submit backtraces for both programs once I find out how to get a
backtrace!

Did you test with 0.9.52?

Especially the second log has an error which was specific for 0.9.51 and which
(should) have been cleared in 0.9.52.

Sorry, didn't check my updates. Problem seems to be fixed with 0.9.52
