Why did you use Windows 10 mode?

Does this have a free demo/download?

Good day, I have tried several other Windows Versions. The download for the
software is
http://www.ricoh-imaging.co.jp/english/support/digital/dc_utility5_win.html .
They say it's an update, but it works as full version .
