When trying to install IIS 5.1 using [Microsoft Web Platform Installer (Web

[web pi] log.txt shows that it looks for sysocmgr.exe

Not sure how realistic is to get this working, depending on what it wants to
install with sysocmgr, as an aside sysocmgr is no longer used in Vista/2008, it
is replaced with ocsetup.

Except only option is to install IIS 7.5 which fails
