WINHTTP_OPTION_RECEIVE_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT, ...)')  here.
Both Nvidia installers suffer from different bug chains.

Hello folks,

the next problem, that is the NVIDIA installer trying to run the VC++ 2017
redist/runtime installer (in silent mode) is bug 37781 ("Multiple Microsoft
Redistributable/Component installers running in Windows 7 mode need dummy
Windows Update Service (MS .NET Framework 4.5, MS VC++ 2015 Redist)").

-> 'winetricks -q vcrun2017' prior running the installer.

NOTE: You need to change 'WinVer' back to 'Windows 7' after install
('winetricks' set it to 'Windows XP' during install).

The NVIDIA installer will still run both, 32-bit and 64-bit redist installers
but you won't run into bug 37781
