Railroad Tycoon 3 (GOG version) has additional RT3 Mini-Game. But it's
impossible to play it because the mouse cursor becomes transparent after moving
it into the game's window and appears over after moving it out (but it works,
you can even try to move rails with this invisible cursor until you get tired,
screenshot is attached).
Terminal shows only this:

Does it help if you set up a virtual desktop sized 1024x768 for example and
maximize the game window (to eliminate the frequent redrawing issue) ?

The mini-game was a free add-on to RT3 and can be downloaded here:

When running in Wine's fullscreen mode the mouse pointer is invisible here as
well.

Yes, the cursor is visible it his mode, but there is graphic bug without
setting full screen for the game. I've made GIF:

Still present in Wine-5.0-rc2.
Plain terminal output doesn't show anything.
