When I oepn the py attachment[1] in

Forbidden: You don't have permission to access

server.

This was done to prevent python scripts from in any way being executed in the
archive. Potential server side scripts such as .cgi, .php, .pl, and .py really
should be compressed with tar or zip before being attached as an attachment to
an email.
