The installer downloadable from http://www.kareo.com/help/downloads/kareo
fails to start; it complains
  1628: Failed to complete installation
A +msi,+seh log shows the error happens shortly after
  trace:msi:ACTION_CustomAction Handling custom action L"RemoveAdmin_V23" (62
(null) L"MsiExec.exe /X{8377809B-9797-4574-BBDF-24046AFDD6A1}")

That calls HANDLE_CustomType34(package 0x1788e8, source (null)),
which calls msi_get_loaded_folder 
which crashes because dir is null.
Sounds like an msi bug?
