Main menu background graphic invisible

In addition to the missing graphics for the characters, the graphics for the
splash screens, main menu background, animated loading new game screen, and
exit game are all white instead of displaying their normal graphics.

This screenshot is an example. Since, I believe, these missing graphics in
these areas are possibly related to the missing character graphics, I'll submit
this as part of this bug rather than opening an additional one for this title.
