When i try to open MGS1 with Wine, I get a black screen and I must press ALT+F4
to close the broken game.

I've had problems with MGS1 in Linux like the slow movies, Bad Menus... But now
i can't open the game.

This is a problem of a Hardware, This is a software problem... This game runs
Great on Windows...

Not blocker - read definitions of severity levels.
Please attach (as a text file) complete terminal output when running the
program.

Did you check that the configuration 320x240x16 is in your xorg.conf file?

Bug invalid. I had the same problem as the reporter had. The bug is caused by
the game looking for a resolution of 320x240 (do not laugh !! :D :D )

Once I had added this resolution in my xorg.conf, everything was fine.

Moreover, the reporter looks dead ;)

I think that one can close this bug.
