WebSlingPlayer IE should pick up account details and connect a Slingbox, but
under Wine's IE it never progresses past the "initializing" screen.

An account is needed with Sling to get this far.

Doesn't get this far in wine-1.7.9-108-ged2d53a but something has been updated
server side.

The website now insists that you select your country first. After clicking the
relevant link nothing happens. The console repeats the same lines a bunch of
times.
