PokerStars Failure under Wine 1.3.19

After unsuccessfully trying to get a new update from poker stars, now the app
won't launch at all.  Please see attached screen-shot of the Wine error.

Hi,

I've found that pokerstars_upd.exe fails, but pokerstars.exe works.  Weird.

No error logged.  App just doesn't launch.  Maybe this bit of info will help.

Terminal Output when running the Pokerstars installer

Not exactly updating, but PokerStars forces a reinstall, and it doesn't work. I
tried it in a WinXP VirtualBox VM, and that worked.

This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for 2 years.
Is this still an issue in current (1.7.6 or newer) wine? If so, please attach
