While installing Band In A Box 2011 with Wine 1.3.21, there is an issue: "The program regsvr32.exe has found an a serious problemand has to shut down." Then I see an other error window: "Unable to register the DLL/OCX:RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x80000100."

That field is meant for linking to bug reports in other bug trackers. In the future, you should attach debug output as a plain-text file to the bug report.

This appears to be a duplicate of bug 27068. winetricks vcrun6 should be a sufficient workaround.
