ActiveState ActiveTcl 8.xx installer fail to install due to path write
permission problem.

i see this behaviour since wine 1.1.19. same on 1.1.26.

any combination of 'c:\Tcl' or 'c:/directory/Tcl' does not solve.
does not matter if target directory exist or not.

ActiveTcl relay log (lzma compressed)

I do see the issue Massimo is describing in wine-1.1.26-183-gc6570a5. When at
the installation path selection phase of the installer, pressing Next yields
the message:

"Cannot write to directory 'C:/Tcl'.
 Please choose another directory."

It looks like AccessCheck is failing with ERROR_NOACCESS for some reason.

ActiveTcl8.5.9.2.294317-win32-ix86-threaded.exe installs with today's Wine git.

Closing bugs fixed in 1.3.17.
