When i use NAT over iptables with MASQUERADE equal "iptables -t nat -A
POSTROUTING -j MASQUERADE", then all wine apps are very long sleep before load
(2-5 min.).

Without masquerading or with defined source ip (iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING
-s 10.0.0.1 -j MASQUERADE) wine works fine.

Yes. I just tested it. Ubuntu Maverick 10.10 with last updates. Wine 1.2-rc2
from official repository.

Don't change original reported Wine version.

What all programs have you tried? Does it happens with fresh wineprefix
(delete/rename ~/.wine directory) and wine's notepad?

I use only <WINEDEBUG=-all>, but clear it too. Next I rename ~/.wine to
~/.wine_ and run:
~$ wine notepad

...wine refreshes the configuration and creates ~/.wine directory

without MASQUERADE notepad loaded in less than one second
with MASQUERADE notepad loaded in about 30 seconds

If I sent ^C in console, then will see:

^Cerr:module:attach_process_dlls "winspool.drv" failed to initialize, aborting
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for
L"C:\windows\system32\notepad.exe" failed, status c000013a

Closing. Check your configuration, you _do have_ printer configured. And it is
not reachable.
