Certein mails cause Lotus Notes to crash with a page fault, when opened. This only happens with some mail. I have yet to find the common trait of these killer mails.

How to reproduce: 1) In File/Preferences/User Preferences, under Basics, Additional Options, make sure there is no tick at "Disable embedded browser for MIME mail" 2) Send an HTML mail to your Notes mail account (MIME, not a Notes mail). 3) Open that mail in Notes and it'll crash
Work-around: Put a tick at above mentioned options and HTML mails can be viewed fine.
The name of that option is misleading, because according to the Notes help, the "embedded MIME browser" is the system's browser. If it is disabled (i.e. the option is enabled), Note's own browser is used.
