Downloader on Windows, with background

The main dialog of Pando-based downloaders is missing its background image.
This doesn't hurt functionality, but the user might wonder what's going on.

As a brute force guess, tried various combinations of winetricks ie6, gdiplus,
riched20, cc580, ie7, mono26, dotnet20, adobeair, flash, but none helped.

Current league of legends downloader shows background ok with wine-1.3.16.
