To install dcom98

1. Use winecfg to set the Windows version to win98
2. WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ole32=n" wine DCOM98.exe

As Vitaliy says, its fixed in CVS, so I'm changing the version back to 20050830,
and resolving as fixed.
