After workarounding the crash caused by amstream, we can reach the menu screen. But there is huge graphical glitches. See the attached screenshot.

I tried the demo and was able to reproduce the graphical glitch in the menus with Wine 1.6.2. The problem, however, doesn't occur with current 1.7.35.
