After a full update to wine 03.03.2006 and a proper install:  
ypops noesn't work, as usual, so i tried Rob Shearman's suggestion:  
# wcmd  
WCMD Version 0.17

Z:\usr\src\wine>explorer /systray  
File not found

Z:\usr\src\wine>"explorer /systray"  
Path not found

Z:\usr\src\wine>explorer  
File not found

Z:\usr\src\wine>cd C:
