dialog box error

everytime I start microstation v8 2004 it displays an error that an dialog box
can not be displayed - see screenshot

Please write more descriptive summaries.  Rough translation of error dialog:

$ wine iexplore http://www.google.com # install gecko
$ wine your_app.exe

Fix the problem?

No, because the popup to install gecko did not come and i have wine_gecko
installed
