In the file dialog I get a `back` arrow, but not an `up` arrow button. To move
to the parent directory I can put `..` in the filename and press enter, but it
is not so nice.

As per bug 54604, it's most likely a dupe of bug 51855.

In a sense, but bug 51855 covers several different issues, and it's best to
have them split up.
