A user reported these crashes on forum:

Easiest to reproduce is run Solitaire.exe if you have a Win7 partition by hand;
Upon exiting the game it crashes.

Hi Andrey, thanks for the patch , it fixes the crash. 
I don`t know if the patch is correct (as function is undocumented), maybe
someone who wrote the other  WinSqm* stubs could give some comments/hints

Hello folks,

I've refined the summary to make it clear it's actually Microsoft's own games,
bundled with Window OS calling this internal API. The former summary could have
also been interpreted as "Games that run on Windows 7+".
