when launching roblox it loads a bit and then spits out:
"the application enountered an unrecoverable error"
then tells me to press OK the create a memory dump

i have attatched the tmp file is spits out let me know if there is anything
else i need to do.

sorry i dont usually launch roblox from the terminal this is the best i can do,
if there is a different command you want me to put in please let me know

That's not how to launch things from the terminal. Wine doesn't know what
"roblox" is; you have to invoke the path of the executable file.

Anyway, based on the timing I'm going to go ahead and mark this as a duplicate
of bug 55604.

wine 8.16 is just bricked for me, im going to downgrade to 8.15 till its fixed.
