winedebug=error+all wine fraps.exe

Fraps loads but does not take a screenshot.  The console implies that it cannot
create a file for some reason.

what do you have to do to take a screenshot? Just press F10 or do you have to
be in some game?

You just have to press F10.

I know I can use print screen and other methods but that doesn't mean that
fraps is functioning.
