Using Google Chrome HTTP Auth is recognised and a authentication dialog box
displayed and user data accepted, however winhttp does not appear to forward
the credentials to the server causing failure.

Console displays the following:

fixme:winhttp:request_set_option 1 (null) (null)

Chrome displays the following error:

"Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error."

Confirmed, authentication is unimplemented. I'll work on this as time permits.

I don't think the latest chrome uses winhttp *except* to resolve proxies,
so maybe this is still an issue.  Steven, can you check?
