What works:
- Audio
- Everything, if application is dragged onto another workspace
What does't work:
Game apparently boots into main menu, but it's totally invisible - the
application icon appears in the dash and can also be seen when ALT-TABing, but
the program window itself cannot be seen, even in the GNOME application
overview.
Temporary fix: 
From the gnome application overview, the empty window needs to be dragged into
another workspace, then the application suddenly becomes visible.
