--- Comment #3 from Karsten Elfenbein kelfe@gmx.de 2007-11-28 16:08:31 --- this bug applies to the new Eve version which is in testing on the singularity server and then patched to the premium version which can be downloaded from the url http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/test/eveclassictopremiumpatch44267_test.exe where 44267 is the current patch version
so basicly - install EVE - patch EVE to the Test server build http://www.eve-online.com/patches/patches.asp?s=singularity "Download TQ to Singularity Patch" - install the http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/test/eveclassictopremiumpatch44267_test.exe (change to the correct version)

--- Comment #4 from Karsten Elfenbein kelfe@gmx.de 2007-12-25 18:16:37 --- there seem to be 2 problems
the first one is the flickering
the second one is the inverted atmosphere which can be seen ingame as well the dark shadow is directed to the sun while the glowing atmosphere is on the side that should be in the shadow

I guess these 2 problems (flickering and inverted atmosphere) are separate.
Regarding 1st - I can't remember where (but on codeweavers forums, i guess - got link to thread at eve-online.com forums), but Stefan told that it's precision problem which should be fixed at EVE Dev's side, and he didn't see it anywhere else ingame.
I saw it in couple of other places ingame, and finally got some screenshots.
It's 4th level mission 'Gone Berserk', large collidable object 'Ruins'. Cycle through attached screenshots to get impression what's happening.

--- Comment #8 from Vorobyov Anton phoenix@mail.ru 2008-09-28 02:52:22 --- Since loginscreen has been changed in eve, issue isn't actual.
Flickering on other objects is superseded by bug 13880. This one may be closed for cleaning purposes.
