This starts fine for me in a selfcompiled old Staging version i have lying on my disk (wine-4.3-339-g865d4c3c72 (Staging))
As a guess i would say related to setupapi-stuff; Zebediah could you have a look at this?
I`ll attach debuglog hereafter.

--- Comment #4 from Louis Lenders xerox.xerox2000x@gmail.com --- Actually this starts fine for me in current Staging too.
So is somehow fixed by one of the Staging patches. If anyone knows which one please update info.

--- Comment #5 from Zebediah Figura z.figura12@gmail.com --- Looking at the +relay log, probably the setupapi-Display_Device patch set, but that's been disabled, so I'm not really sure how it could work with "current Staging".

This is the CLI messages that appear launching Cinebench.exe from the Wine-4.14
Hopefully it is useful, please let me know if there are other tests you would like me to run.

Can confirm, works in 4.3-staging and 5.2-staging. Crashes on startup for both 4.3 and 5.2
