dupe of bug 31688 (invalid).
Using MS .NET Framework(s) with builtin 'mscoree' is not supported by design.

Either use Wine-Mono (default) or install MS .NET Framework the *proper* way with 'winetricks -q dotnet20' which takes take of Wine-Mono uninstall and override settings.
