after i upgrade my wine to version 3.11,start mpc-hc failed,a voilate access
error throughout,press confirm then program exit.back to version 3.10 is the
same.

The player can't starts, it display an crashing(advapi32 voilation) box ，only
one confirm button, then click that button, the program exit.

What wine version did this last work in?

Please attach the terminal output and backtrace.

If so, please provide direct downloadlink to the version you used.

(I tried 32-bit version, but it doesn`t craah at all for me)

Tested on wine-3.11 in a win64 bottle:

mpc-hc-1.7.6 is good,but mpc-hc-1.7.10 and later is bad.

on wine-3.9 in a wine64 bottle,all are good.

but as another bug reported(id 45399) by me exist,so I had to leave wine-3.9.

my mpc-hc is installed from K-lite codecs pack version 14.25

I still can`t reproduce this. Tested 32-bit an 64-bit , installed from
https://filehippo.com/download_klite_codec_pack/

Could you fill out the rest of the fields in this report, like what distro
you`re using (fedora, archlinux or ??) 
As you also have a problem with another program it might be a problem with the
wine package installed by your  distro (a guess)

And in addition, add a direct download link to the place where you got the
program from (the program is free afaict) so others can test it too
