Gates of Andaros console output

When loading the settings window of the MMORPG Gates of Andaros it takes a long
time to load, during which the application is unresponsive. When it's loaded
it's mostly white space and only the check-boxes and the'System Settings' and
quit buttons are shown.

Attached are a screenshot that shows the problem, and the console output.

It's probably useful to know that everything before and including the line
"fixme:font:ExtTextOutW flags ETO_NUMERICSLOCAL | ETO_NUMERICSLATIN | ETO_PDY
unimplemented" of the attached console output was generated while the
application was launched.
