SimCity 4 will no longer load. Two versions ago it would. I get a black screen, then it throws me back in to my Linux with a different resolution to my screen.

I installed SimCity 4 a while ago (think it the current wine version was 0.9.44), but didn't get it to work since I probably applied the wrong crack. Today I tried with another crack (which is working) and wine 0.9.48, but I experience the same problems described above. It dosen't complain about the CD being wrong (as before), but throws me back to the console. As I see others getting this to work with 0.9.46 and later, it really should be working. Therefore I created a new clean user and tried a fresh install. Guess what, it worked like a charm :) So I think the problem here is just old wine settings (so something like that).
