[Bug 155] - Windows Installer cannot be installed (need for Office 2K install)

Windows Installer itself install's, but anyone have a command line sytanx for
msiexec.exe (the Windows Installer executer).

Run MSIEXEC.exe and it pops up a dialog saying wrong command line sytanx:
$ wine msiexec.exe DATA1.msi
