On a windows 7 machine, from c:\windows\syswow64, I copied iexpress.exe and
en-us\iexpress.exe.mui to a linux machine, preserving the directory structure.

Running 'wine iexpress.exe' results in a 1x50px window with no contents (an
interactive wizard should have been shown).

running 'wine iexpress.exe /help' results in an empty MessageBox with the error
icon (a usage message should have been shown).

If this program requires installation procedure you can't just copy it, you
have to install it with Wine first. This report is most likely invalid.

Closing invalid.  Feel free to reopen if you install under Wine and the problem
