Hello, I am trying to run Windows 10, but there is this weird missing dll (chakra.dll). Could it be added?

How do you know this dll is missing? I.e., is it in the terminal output, or does the game show an error dialog?

Not sure if you meant the Windows bedrock server, but that one also needs chakra.dll.
Note that using the native Windows chakra.dll requires 2 additional dlls, icuuc.dll, and icuin.dll. This results in many errors in the console, e.g.
0588:err:module:find_forwarded_export module not found for forward 'icu.u_strToLower' used by L"Z:\..\Minecraft\bedrock-server-1.18.12.01\icuuc.dll"
