Platform has changed hw changed etc from the initial report and still occuring
on the new platform....  was asking about the regression as I was told to do a
regression test =D

Was there a time when it _did not_ occur? If so, it's a regression. Otherwise,
it's just a bug.

If it _is_ a regression, we need the regression test.
