I get the exact same message attempting to install Star Wars Episode 1 Racer.

I'm pretty sure this is an Ubuntu mmap area setting that's blocking wine from
allocating memory at DOS addresses, not a Wine bug. Are you folks on Ubuntu?

yes but both of these games installed on previous versions of wine
