When running "wine homeworld2_update_en_10_11.exe" the setup always crashes
while copying "C:\Program Files\EULA.txt". Wine then completly locks up.

Tested with wine 1.1.4, 1.1.6 and clean .wine folder.

Additional observation: Killing "HW2Patch.exe" seems to somewhat resume the
patching process, but this can't be too good...

I can confirm this bug.

I copied the whole patched game from windows install and it worked great.

there's no console output.
Should i try some debug setting to get some info out of wine?

homeworld2_update_de_10_11.exe works for me in a virtual desktop with wine
1.1.10 & 1.1.11

I'm not the reporter but i did a test.

installer still locks up in wine 1.1.14 wine and new ~/.wine

setting up a virtual desktop doesn't help.
