Civilization 4 has a regression and for example de eyes of the characters are
no longer seen. This is probably because of:

Is this still an issue in current (1.0-rc4 or newer) wine? Please run the
regression test.

How does it look with wine 1.1.1 (or later)? That version added a fix for the
"Operation not supported for scratch textures" error. (bug 9775)
