Maybe this is actually a duplicate of bug 29000 and bug 29008? You are using
Nvidia binary video drivers, I guess.

You can try to apply patches http://source.winehq.org/patches/data/80745 and
http://source.winehq.org/patches/data/80744 on top of current git, it may fix
it for you. I'd like to know if it helps or not.

1) Im using Nvidia binary video drivers.
2) AtlasInfo doen't use Direct3D oly DirectDraw
3) I have applyed all 2 patches to wine-git It helps.

Should be fixed in current git by 62a2ad3d0f8d8435619924a6ff4a19adf94c16cc
