after start any windows programm, wineserver use ~34% cpu permanently. helps
only kill process. Same for me and on 59 wine, but not 58.

Does it happen with any program? What if you just run: wine notepad ?
Does it occur in Wine 0.9.60 as well?

wine cmd
and some other programms, like apexdc++, world of warcraft, counter strike
1.6...

this bug is everywhere =)

Did it not occur in older versions? If so, run a regression

If you do 'rm -rf ~/.wine' and try again, does the problem persist?
