[Bug 7946] Lexis Silec Pro - Installshield/MSI installer fails to extract DLL

Currently looking for Orca. In the meantime, I noticed that Lexinst.dll really
exists in the temporary directory:

So, the problem is not that the DLL was not extracted, but rather, the query
fails to find information about some operation to do with it. BTW, I assume that
the MSI file to open should be "_is1abd/Silecpro 5.msi", right?
