It may not be a wine problem

These are note taking apps.

They work ok with wine but can not write notes in Greek.

In other note taking apps like

, I am able to write Greek.

Hello,

your bug report is not very useful as it's missing information how to
reproduce.

Since it's locale related you need to provide more information on your settings
('LANG=el_GR.utf8' guess?).
If builtin program functionality 'Input Methods' whatever is used to switch
input locale...

Some of those apps also suffer from already known GTK+/Pango font
rendering/substitution bug(s).
