Workbench is a part of Trados.

Workbench is the tool to analyze documents for translation, create and manage
the translation memories or set the settings for term recognition.

It is working either for .doc documents as a separate add-in to word (using
macros) or together with a second utility called Tag Editor, which is an
interface for processing documents of a wide range or formats (including .doc
format).

You can only have it when you use Trados, on its own it's worthless.

Works as per the GIT of 16.11.2007
and thus very likely from Wine 0.9.50

Bugs marked "HP, Linux" probably should have been marked "PC, Linux"
as HP really is for HP's HP-PA or Itanium systems, and very few people have
those.
