To clarify: this bug is to fix the remaining icons (Options and Sync). 
Unsupported icons no-longer appear in the toolbar, I'm not sure that's a good
idea but we can tackle those later.

If someone could point me to a good synchronize icon that is under a license
compatible with Wine then I can put a patch together pretty easily.  I haven't
done it yet since most "sync" icons look the same as "refresh" and we also have
a "refresh" icon - so, I'm not sure of a good way to handle the "sync" icon.

You were just asking for the remaining icons to be fixed in Bug #17021... 
Since we've closed that bug as being resolved we're re-tasking this bug to
handle the two remaining icons.  Essentially, the issue is "partially fixed"
and we're now committing to fully resolving the issue.

The remaining two implemented icons (Sync and Options) are fixed as of commit
