please include all information when filing bug reports.
You haven't included which version of wine you are using, the version of winamp or the m3u file which causes the problem.
Please report back with this information.
Nullsoft Video works fine for me in the latest version of Winamp with this stream: http://www.scvi.net/m3u/02_m3u.m3u on wine-0.9.52, Ubuntu 7.10, nVidia FX 5200
