I am running Lotus Notes 5.0.12.
When I move my mouse over Notes, the window automatically gets raised above all
other windows.  I am not using automatic window raising feature (of Metacity /
Gnome 2.18); however I am using the sloppy window focus feature although I
doubt it should have any effect.
This is a regression that was introduced in 0.9.42 (and lingers on in 0.9.43). 
I have rolled back to 0.9.41 and the issue is no longer present.

I confirm this bug with Lotus Notes 7.0.2 and wine 0.9.53 under Ubuntu 7.10.

Same conditions : Gnome/Metacity/sloppy focus but no automatic raising

Confirming that this bug appears resolved on Wine 0.9.60 on Gentoo running the
exact installation of Notes I was running at submission time.

Many thanks!  I never did get around to running the regression tests using git
checkouts.  Many thanks to whoever did (or whoever inadvertently fixed this
bug.)
