--- Comment #2 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2011-01-24 08:50:23 CST --- 'winetricks-alpha dxdiag' gets rid of that log message. The app still fails to show the results of the test, though.

Is this still an issue with 1.7.0 or higher ?

--- Comment #5 from sworddragon2@aol.com --- Created attachment 49604 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=49604 Terminal output with Wine 1.7.26
I have tested this with Wine 1.7.26 with a new profile and with installing from the Prophecies CDs. The application automatically updated to the newest version and immediately started the game where the menu entry "Test My Computer" exists. The tests have finished successfully and after clicking on "View results" the Wine Explorer started (I have expected a text editor with the results but there is another bug report for this: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35686). I haven't also seen the fixme-message from the startpost (in the attachments is the terminal output).

--- Comment #7 from sworddragon2@aol.com --- Created attachment 49605 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=49605 Terminal output with Wine as Windows XP
I have marked my other ticket as a duplicate as the issues are the same.
Does debug differ between the windows versions?
In the attachments are the logs for Wine as Windows XP and Wine as Windows 7 with Wine 1.7.26. But I'm not seeing output appearing in the terminal after clicking "View results" with Wine as Windows 7.
