"Moved" resolution is never used anywhere.
Maybe is it meant for 'moved to another, upstream, bugzilla' which is obviously
not the case here.

It should probably go away.

It can be deleted in current Bugzilla. Currently FIXED and DUPLICATE can't be
deleted, the others can.
